Now they would go to the store and walk it to the store, drive to the store and walk it back, walk a long way to the store and walk home, and walk home.īut walking doesn’t have to be a walk of a mile a day. In the past, people would just walk to the store, drive to the store, and walk back home. Its all about motivation and motivation being important when it comes to walking. In the fitness industry it’s even known as “walk and walk a lot.” In the past few decades people have been encouraged to walk and walk a lot. If you do anything a lot, people tend to talk about this.
